Opinions on Georgia please!

Finally, DH & I have found a name we both really like... just want to get an idea of what people's general thoughts are of this name before we set it in stone.

Loved the name Georgia, untill i heard the woman over the road screaming 'our Georgia- c'mere!' A lot. Very lots. We refer to her as Georgia-ere. Almost as bad as her son, Connor. He gets 'Connor! Ere!'

There were 4 in DS’s class in school last year. It’s very popular with kids around 10-14, I’d say, but there seem to be a less younger girls called Georgia. I like Georgie.

I like it, but prefer Georgina, I just prefer the flow of the slightly longer version. Georgiana is a bit OTT though.

And then with Georgina you have the option of the diminutive Gina as well as Georgie.
