Heidi out of those 3.

ZebraKid71 · 21/09/2018 22:20

Heidi. It's gorgeous.
I don't like harper and to my ear Harlow and Rose are too similar sounding with the O sound.

EthelThePiratesDaughter · 21/09/2018 22:21

Heidi.

Harlow is a town in Essex and Harper is a surname. Neither are remotely nice names for a little girl. (Or an adult woman.)

Hernamewasl0la · 21/09/2018 22:21

Heidi- Harper and Harlow will date terribly

ConsiderHerWaysAndOthers · 21/09/2018 22:23

I’m not wild about it but definitely Heidi. Harper is not my thing, far too celebrity and Harlow is a not particularly nice town in Essex (no offence to anyone, I am from the area).

passwordfailure · 21/09/2018 22:23

Only Heidi.

I heard a Honey recently which I thought was sweet 🍬 but a bit too brave for me.

kaylanelson · 21/09/2018 22:25

@passwordfailure we love honey! but our gorgeous cousin is named 'Sophia Honey' 💖

OP posts:
AuntieStella · 21/09/2018 22:26

Heidi

(Harlow is the town, and then also, famously, the T is silent)

Mrskeats · 21/09/2018 22:27

Why would Harper date?
Harper Lee is a heroine of mine

bridgetreilly · 21/09/2018 22:29

Heidi.

Not Harlow because of this:

bridgetreilly · 21/09/2018 22:29

“[Jean Harlow] 'Say - aren't you Margot Asquith?' (pronouncing the hard 't')
[Margot Asquith] 'Yes Dear, But the 't' is silent, as in Harlow.”

Hernamewasl0la · 21/09/2018 22:29

mrskeats as a pp has said it feels very celebrity and has surged in popularity after the Beckhams.

passwordfailure · 21/09/2018 22:32

OP - oh please use Honey, your cousin is only using it as a middle name. There's also the lovely actress Honeysuckle Weeks

Mrskeats · 21/09/2018 22:33

Well I prefer it to Heidi which just makes mr think of plaits and mountains Smile

foxycleopauper · 21/09/2018 22:35

Heidi is lovely Smile

Piebeansandchips · 21/09/2018 22:39

Heidi is lovely. Definitely Heidi

kenandbarbie · 21/09/2018 22:41

Heidi

PavlovaFaith · 21/09/2018 22:43

Heidi

Perfectly1mperfect · 21/09/2018 22:53

I usually like quite traditional names but I have always liked Harper. Harper Rose sound nice.

pilates · 21/09/2018 22:53

Heidi, dislike the other two

FaFoutis · 21/09/2018 22:54

Heidi.

MrsMelonBall · 21/09/2018 22:54

Love them all!
Harper is my fave

TellerTuesday4EVA · 21/09/2018 22:56

Definitely Heidi.

I do actually like Harper but wouldn't use it because the Beckhams have & it's a bit too celeb.

Harlow is just bloody awful but obviously that's just my opinion.

inConstantNeedOfAGin · 21/09/2018 22:58

I love the name Harper. Became a favourite of mine after reading "To Kill A Mocking Bird". Can't say I've ever heard a girl in my area with the name. I like all the names you have chosen though OP, any of them would be lovely.

lilax · 21/09/2018 23:00

I'm really not keen on the name Heidi, sorry Confused

Harper goes well with Rose and is a lovely name, saying that I know of two babies born in the past year called Harper-Rose so it's getting a lot more common.

Harlow doesn't sound right with Rose in my opinion but I think Harlow is a really nice name! 😊
