I like it - I know several Clios (pronounced Cleo) in Ireland, where it is short for Cliona/Cliodhna (pronounced Cleo-na).

I’ve always loved Cleo.
I think it’s fine as a name in its own right, but I particularly like it as a nickname for Clementine

Never knew it was an abbreviation for that name, although not sure I like Clementine as much 😕

I think Cleo Laine’s full name is Clementine. But Cleo is fine as a full name too!

I loved the name Cleo! This was always in my top 10 names for my girls, I think its good as a full name or a shortened name.

Cleo is beautiful. Short, easy to spell and has a real spark to it. I would imagine a little girl called Cleo to have a vivacious personality! I think it works as a stand alone name too-feels like a more modern Chloe to me.

Love it. Only known one spelt Clio
As in Renault. But it’s a really beautiful name.

Definitely go with Cleo, not Clio...! But it’s very pretty. Reminds me of the fish in Pinocchio, that’s the only Cleo I’ve ever come across. I like it, OP 😊

I love Cleo! Clio as in the Greek muse (and NOT the car) was my favourite if we had a girl, sadly my DH vetoed so perhaps luckily we ended up with all boys ..

Cleo was on our shortlist! Love it
