I would pronounce it like violet.

I know I could just use the English spelling but I think the French spelling is quite pretty. But how do you see it

Vi-let or Vio-lette

Violette = Vee o lette

Violet = Veye o lut

100 percent pronounced VEE OH LET
I can't even tell you how many people said it wrong and eventually after damn 44 years of it I just nod and laugh. Although having them say violet isn't so bad. Fun fact I only had 2 people in my life that have pronounced it correctly and my God I wanted to bring them cookies or a medal, I was so proud and had no idea who they were 😁
