Depends on heritage and surname in my view. I would choose Sebastian of those named, even though I never liked Sebastian Coe.

Out of them I'd say Sebastian, I always think of Oscar as a dog's name (my parent's next door neighbour's dog is called that). I'm not keen on the others to be honest.

Fergus - not bad but prefer Magnus and Angus
Hector - ok once I got my head round it not being a verb
Oscar - No. Dog's name
Sebastian - Awful
Wilfred - Makes me think of Steptoe.

Hector - makes me think of the verb...to hecter someone
Sebastian - really bored of this name now and my friend's ds got called Sebastard at school. Horrid children.

Oscar < I quite like it but only know of cats by this name. Quite a little boy name, I can't imagine it on a grown man. It could possibly grow on me.

Fergus < Quite cute. I know of one teenager who gets called Ferg.

Sebastian < Okay but a bit pretentious- I only know of one who's mother i can't stand so this name is probably tainted for me.

Hector < Really dislike this name - reminds me of Cannibal Lecter
