Clara, Polly, Emily or Alice

Middle name will probably be Mabel or Florence...

Just found out I'm pregnant but had names picked for years!

Well you’ve just named both of mine. All lovely names not sure I’d choose Emily as often as the other 3.

Any of them except Polly, which is much too twee.

I love both Clara and Emily.

Alice or Emily are both gorgeous, although have been very popular for several years.

Clara is quite nice, but I am not so keen on the new pronunciation of 'Klahh-ra' that everyone seems to use nowadays in the UK, prefer the old 'Clair-a', actually prefer Clare overall though it is seen as dated.

Polly is very sweet but does seem a bit more nicknamey.

Emily is so popular I know many!

I've only known one Polly and she was cool. Emilys are always nice. Alice will always have alice alice who the fuck is alice sung at her.

I think that stupid song is gradually fading out of memory, thank goodness. Why should a crap comedian spoil a beautiful name?

DP thought of Polly Elizabeth, how does that sound? But I quite like Polly Mabel actually.

But I also have a soft spot for Clara. FYI, I'd pronounce it Clah-ra not Claire-ra.
