Sorry, I too just think of cheese.
Ruby and Maddie are both lovely. Ruby slightly more, as a standalone, as I prefer Madeleine to Maddie.

Ruby is definitely the nicest. Maddie is OK but sounds like an abbreviation of Madeleine or Madison. Cheddi is terrible, sorry. The only way it could be worse is Cheddi-Mae
