Ruby, Maddie or Cheddi?

DP and I can't pick; he likes Maddie whereas I like the other two!

Thanks all Smile

Ruby,

Cheddi is awful

Flesh · 16/09/2017 14:02

Cheddi knight? Or Cheddi cheese?

Rosesandviolettes · 16/09/2017 14:04

I admit it's a bit out there @FourEyesGood Grin

Ruby and Maddie are pretty.

Cheddi is not to my taste at all.

TallulahBetty · 16/09/2017 14:05

Cheddi? Never heard of it. Is it short for anything? Love Ruby.

Rosesandviolettes · 16/09/2017 14:06

Not shortened for anything Smile

Then Ruby

Cheddi ??????? Argh

Rosesandviolettes · 16/09/2017 14:16

I was worried about people saying it sounds like cheese.. which it does I suppose but I thought it'd be a cute name for a girl Sad

Is this another Balonz appreciation thread?

Bit cheesy, OP... Grin

MammieBear · 16/09/2017 14:23

Cheddie is setting her up for a life of torment, Maddie and Ruby are OK though

Winteriscomingneedmorewood · 16/09/2017 14:28

Would Cheddar be her Sunday name??

stopbeingadramallama · 16/09/2017 14:34

Cheddi? Fuck sake 😂

MiniAlphaBravo · 16/09/2017 14:37

Definitely Ruby.

Not Cheddi!!

Omg

Aebj · 16/09/2017 14:38

Ruby is lovely but that's because I've meet lovely Ruby's
Madi short for Madison? Both great.
Cheddi makes me think of cheese

CakeRattleandRoll · 16/09/2017 14:55

Ruby

MikeUniformMike · 16/09/2017 14:57

Cheddi could be short for Chedwen, like Ched is short for Chedwyn.
Only ever heard of one Ched(wyn).

ZuzuMyLittleGingersnap · 16/09/2017 15:00

Cheddi-Blu? Grin

OP,
Where did you come across it as a first name, out of interest?

Sorry, I too just think of cheese.
Ruby and Maddie are both lovely. Ruby slightly more, as a standalone, as I prefer Madeleine to Maddie.

daisypond · 16/09/2017 15:01

Ruby.
I've never heard of Cheddi. Maddie looks odd as a stand-alone name and I don't think it's nice as a short form anyway.

NikiBabe · 16/09/2017 15:02

Ruby is the best.

Maddie is a nn really.

Cheddi is awful...sorry.

Needalifeoverhaul · 16/09/2017 15:03

I've never heard of Cheddi...where's it from? I love Ruby. Think it's a gorgeous name Smile

Lobsterquadrille2 · 16/09/2017 15:04

Ruby is definitely the nicest. Maddie is OK but sounds like an abbreviation of Madeleine or Madison. Cheddi is terrible, sorry. The only way it could be worse is Cheddi-Mae Smile

TidyDancer · 16/09/2017 15:43

Cheddi is bloody awful. You can't choose that. Ruby is lovely, Maddie is a nickname.
