What do people think of the name Dash for a boy?

Dashiell is very nice , Dash on its own is not a name

Well if using a verb for a name I think I would prefer Bolt (maybe I'm showing my age/Bowie obsessions?!)

But on a serious note, I am sorry but no just no.

Isn't it the name Ariel washing powder is sold under in Europe? So you could find yourself in a Jif/Cif situation at some point in the future.

That woman who has the Enjoying The Small Things blog has a son called Dashell, shortened to Dash.

Sounds a lot like Daesh I.e. ISIS, especially as pronounced in French. I wouldn't.

How about having it as a middle name? Could have a first name of Rainbow...

It's the name of the Kardashian clothing store but I don't dislike it though. I think you'd need to go Dashiell on the bc though.
