Kimi - thoughts please!

My other half is a HUGE formula 1 fan and his favourite driver of all time is kimi raikkonen hence his suggestion for the name for our wee one due in November! When I say it out loud I actually really like it but I'm not sure we would be condemning our wee boy to lots of teasing!? Help!

Sorry. I mean "Kim-mi" if it is two M's. It's 3am here where I am. Tired brain.

Jesus... KIM-mi. Emphasis is always on the first syllable in Finnish. Yeah. It would be a bit weird/girly sounding in a non-Finnish country.

Sorry, it sounds like a brand of female sanitary pads to me.

Or try suggesting other F1 names? Lewis?

I'd assume they weren't British (not in a bad way, just like "where are you from?" might be one of my first questions out of interest) and if I saw it written, I wouldn't know if it was a male or female name. It's not bad as such, but it would make more sense for someone who could actually say "oh, my mum is Finnish" or something.
