I can't decide if i like this name, on one hand i do, on the other hand i wonder if people will think "lunatic".

Would love to know everyone's thoughts on it / what you associate it with?

I like it

Luna lovegood/harry potter is my immediate thought. A friend of a friend has a baby Luna. I think it's a cute, quirky name.
