Which suits her better? 2 names!

We had a girl (we didn't know the sex!) and have 2 names. Madison and Scarlet. We know that Maddison and Scarlett are more popular, but I do prefer the original spelling of Madison and the colour spelling of Scarlet.

Which suits her better? Surname is double-barrelled.

Thanks!

Bloomed · 16/06/2017 21:37

Scarlet is amazing

OwlsinTowls · 16/06/2017 21:37

Looks like a Scarlet to me.

BlondeB83 · 16/06/2017 21:40

I've never seen it spelt Maddison - looks wrong to me!

Scarlet is a much nicer name.

RaeSkywalker · 16/06/2017 21:43

I think she's a Madison.

She's gorgeous OP. Hope you're both doing well.

Sophronia · 16/06/2017 21:44

EccentricPickle · 16/06/2017 21:50

Definitely Scarlet!

She's stunningly beautiful - look at those little rosebud lips! Aw. I love her elephant outfit too, it's very cute.

Congratulations Flowers.

paddypants13 · 16/06/2017 22:17

Squee! She is adorable. Congratulations! She looks like a Scarlet to me. Flowers

FreckledFrog · 16/06/2017 22:24

Oh my goodness GORGEOUS GIRL. I agree with PP if the surname is double barrelled I'd go Scarlet

user1497628977 · 16/06/2017 23:05

Thank you all! We are doing fab. I don't think having a double-barrelled surname matters (it is shorter than some surnames!)

My only issue with Scarlet is one of the surnames is something like Rivers, Meadows, etc. so Madison may actually go better.

Llamacorn · 16/06/2017 23:10

I think Scarlet too, she is beautiful congratulations!

(Although when I saw her picture before reading the names I thought she looked like an Elodie for some weird reason, that's no help whatsoever I know)

Zoflorabore · 16/06/2017 23:12

My poor ds has a double barrelled name which makes him sound familiar to Olivia Newton John! Blush oops.

Seriously though, names tend to flow off the tongue when used to them, i vote Scarlet or even Charlotte just to confuse things a bit!

Op she is an absolute beauty, well done Flowers

Zoflorabore · 16/06/2017 23:12

Similar not familiar :)

candlelit35 · 16/06/2017 23:14

Scarlet 100%. She's fantastic x

LittlePrawn1 · 16/06/2017 23:18
