I have just come across someone who proudly bears the name of Buckmaster de Wolf. It is the awesomest name I have ever heard! Does anyone have any similar awesome names?

I went to a job interview, another interviewee was called 'Brilliant', his siblings had ordinary names.

Giggling at Humphrey Pomfrey GrinGrinGrin

DM, in a post-delivery flap after the birth of DB, asked DF what to call the baby. They'd already decided; DF thought she was joking, and made up a string of slightly ridiculous middle names. Dear reader, DB's name is Bob Percy McTavish Tavish (changed those slightly as his name is defo a one-off and completely outing). But wait... DB himself has decided that this is a good idea, and his two boys are ALSO McTavish Tavish...

I know a lovely Eastern European lady whose name translates as Blueberry, so that's what she asks people to call her in the UK.

It suits her, she's very sweet-natured.

Have come across some brilliant names through work, especially rhyming ones. Dorris Morris, Jean Kneen, John Conn and my absolute favourite, Betty Petty.

Also once spoke to a lady who's husband was called Raymond Batman (she insisted it was pronounced like Chapman, no emphasis on the 2nd syllable) to which I answered,
"Ok thanks Mrs BatMAN!" and quickly hung up.

There's a Louis Theroux episode where he's interviewing a woman who works in a dog shelter in LA. Her name was Shitana Bake. I shit you not.
