Both lovely names. As others have said, Eva is more popular.

Reow · 11/04/2017 16:43

Leia

AmysTiara · 11/04/2017 16:46

Leia

AnnieAnoniMouse · 11/04/2017 16:47

Neither would be my choice, but out of the two, Eva (sorry Loki).

Hulababy · 11/04/2017 16:59

I think I prefer Leia

BasicBetty · 11/04/2017 17:01

Eva

BikeRunSki · 11/04/2017 17:06

Leia, but spelt Leah

BounceBounceSplishSplash · 11/04/2017 17:10

Leia but be prepared for people to constantly mispronounce it as Leah despite the Star Wars connection.

LokisSister · 11/04/2017 17:14

Don't be sorry Annie - I didn't name her 😂😂😂

My own dc have more classical names, so it's not something I'd choose myself, but dsd loves it, she said it's an ice breaker when she meets new people as there's always something to get the convo starting 😂

Sophronia · 11/04/2017 17:16

Eva

ILostItInTheEarlyNineties · 11/04/2017 17:19

Leia - May the fourth be with you Wink

greeeen · 11/04/2017 19:28

Leia

youngestisapsycho · 11/04/2017 19:57

I prefer Leia to Eva....

EverythingEverywhere1234 · 11/04/2017 19:59

Eva is ridiculously common, along with Evie, Ava, etc etc. However, is still a lovely name and I'd choose it over Leia, which I don't like.

MiniMaxi · 11/04/2017 20:02

Leia for me!

buttercup54321 · 11/04/2017 22:31

Leah is best

reuset · 12/04/2017 00:01

Leia

deluxetrolley · 12/04/2017 01:51

What about Lila instead of Lola if you can't use that?

GirlcalledJames · 12/04/2017 05:55

Leia

bigchris · 12/04/2017 06:01

Eva but very common, prefer Ava

LittlePigLittlePigLetMeIn · 12/04/2017 06:10

Leia, but I would look for an alternate spelling.

I think Leah would be pronounced 'Lee'. I know someone with this name (not a child) and she spells it Leyya. I have never noticed anyone mispronouncing it.

UsedToBeAPaxmanFan · 12/04/2017 06:16

There are loads of Evas so I'd avoid it as I don't like popular names personally.

We have a cat called Leia - named by the dc in honour of the SW character. It's a bit more unusual without being too uncommon.

Some people are suggesting Leah as an alternative, but that's pronounced differently.

pineapplepenny · 12/04/2017 06:24

Why in on earth would Leah be pronounced Lee?Grin
I know a Leah, no problems. It is how it is spelt!
Check the Bible Wink

pineapplepenny · 12/04/2017 06:26

Laya would work.
You need to consider what happens when she starts school. It can be unusual as you like , but it has to read easily. Otherwise she'll be constantly correcting people.

MrsDrSpencerReid · 12/04/2017 06:27

Leia. May the 4th be with you Wink
