Kit is the best out of your list.

Dislike Blaine, like Blake and Blair

MrsMeeseeks · 06/03/2017 19:08

You can't call your kid Blaine without watching Waiting for Guffman first.

alltouchedout · 06/03/2017 19:14

Isn't it a boys name? There's a male character called Blaine in Reay Tannahill's The World, the Flesh and the Devil. He's not an impressive person and his end is not a pleasant one.

hoddtastic · 06/03/2017 20:09

both are really seriously bad.

Cinnamon84 · 06/03/2017 20:10

Makes me think of David Blaine, sorry

ChocolateSherberts2017 · 07/03/2017 05:17

Sorry it just reminds me of the Dunblane massacre...

I have a friend (female) called Blaine. It's not my style but I don't think it deserves the lack of love it's getting here!

I probably prefer Blake of your options though.

Crispmonster1 · 07/03/2017 05:57

Blaine is awful. Sorry.

mathanxiety · 07/03/2017 06:22

I know a Blaine who is a boy, and also a few Blaises (boys).

Blaine, Tate and Kit are equally awful as names for anyone, but especially a girl.

Roseandbee · 07/03/2017 19:38

i have to agree with most, to me they sound like American boys names.
Im trying to think of something similar but slightly more feminine sounding, Brook maybe?

GinevraPotter · 07/03/2017 21:12

I prefer Blake out of the two.
