Violet sounds a bit too much like violent to me! Grace is pretty popular already. I love the name Matilda or Tillie as she would probs be known by!

I think you should call her Evelyn though.

Gabriella for me. Love it, although they're all good choices. Would use Kate as a middle name though as Gabriella Juliana is too much for me.
