Just that thoughts on Sophiella? I really love it, but I think it's made up? Oh well, it's still gorgeous!

I think people will assume on hearing it that it's Sophie-Ella, rather than Sophiella. It's not a name that particularly appeals to me, as it sounds a bit clunky and, yes, made up.

I read it as Ophelia with an S at the start.

Pronounced like Sophie-Ella, or So-fee-la? If the former, you're better off hyphenating or, better still, using Ella as a middle name. The latter just sounds made up.
