Ok so we are team yellow and have decided on our boys names, it's just two girls names we need help on with. After rejecting a few and going back and fourth we are left with these.

But I personally don't like Winnie, tbh.

*But I personally don't like Winter, tbh...
Oh wow, I think I'm too tired. Sorry... :(

srslylikeomg · 20/05/2016 12:38

I know so many Darcy/Darcey/Darcie's tbh it's become a bit vanilla for me. I love Winter, I also like Autumn and January and Tuesday, I'm a fan of calendar names!

CherishFindensRulerOfDeath · 20/05/2016 16:05

I love Winter. Darcy is a bit popular for me. I also love Summer as a name, but not Spring or Autumn, strangely.

JonSnowsBeardClippings · 20/05/2016 21:56

Winter is a lovely name.
Team yellow is a revolting expression.

lurkymclurkerson · 20/05/2016 22:24

Winter is very pretty. Not nearly as keen on Darcey.

Vixxfacee · 20/05/2016 22:26

Hate Winnie but like Winter.

janethegirl2 · 20/05/2016 22:29

Don't like either, sorry. Winter is a season. Darcey or Darcy is just wrong IMO.

LadyAntonella · 20/05/2016 22:32

Winter. I just have never liked Darcey for some reason.

FunnysInLaJardin · 20/05/2016 22:32

In Jersey Winter is a very popular name among old local men, so not sure at all for a baby girl!

RitaOra2 · 20/05/2016 22:35

They are both lovely. I would probably go with Winter, but only because I think Darcey has become more popular recently and she probably won't be the only one in the class at school!

Nham123 · 20/05/2016 23:51

Love Winter with nn Winnie!

CalleighDoodle · 20/05/2016 23:55

Darcy. Winter is a little out there and if she is due any timenother than winter it IS plain wrong

AugustaFinkNottle · 21/05/2016 00:04

Winnie is awful, Winter makes me think of rain, slush, fog, mud and misery.

StarkyTheDirewolf · 21/05/2016 21:12

I love Winter, it's on our list. It's a divider, bit of a marmite name from what I can gather.

Ilovenannyplum · 21/05/2016 21:18

Darcy without the e Smile

LilaTheTiger · 21/05/2016 21:21

When are you due OP? A Winter born in June /July /August is a bit weird.

Darcy is nice Smile

Violethenry · 21/05/2016 21:30

November!

Not sure about the nn Winnie people are suggesting, might get winnie the poo?

marmitecrumpets · 21/05/2016 21:39

Darcy

rosareina · 21/05/2016 21:46

I prefer Winter.

lolalament · 21/05/2016 22:47

I hope you have a boy. They're both terrible.

TheRollingCrone · 21/05/2016 22:54

Wincy? Grin

Paddingtonthebear · 22/05/2016 07:34

Darcey is way more popular than you think

BoboBunnyH0p · 22/05/2016 08:29

I like them both, but would choose Winter as its more unusual. However some may think it's linked to GOT because in previous seasons they often said Winter is coming, I'm sure they are probably referring to the season but it could be a person, you just never know with GOT.

nectarini1983 · 22/05/2016 21:39

Really love Winter - definitely no nickname required. I seem to be in the minority but i can't understand the obsession with shortening names ...especially in this case when it's swooping one 2 syllable name for a 2 syllable nn!

Not keen on Darcey - as ppS have said, vanilla and v v popular.
