I'd prefer not to have a name which is too popular. Other DC have slightly unusual names. What do you think of the list so far?

Wulfric
Ezra

Clara
Talitha
Tara
Elsa
Arwen

I think Clara and Elsa are quite popular. I like arwen. What about Tanith?

DiamondStuddedFlunkie · 26/02/2016 18:15

Yes, I did wonder if they were, but I guess that's ok!

Is Tanith a boys or girls name? I have a friend called Tana and another called Tanis, both female.

I really like Ezra.
How about Isra for a girl?

Sophronia · 26/02/2016 18:19

I like Ezra and Talitha best.

CremeEggThief · 26/02/2016 18:20

I like all of your girls names, especially Clara and Talitha.

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 26/02/2016 18:20

I like Wulfric and would love Wolf as a nn.

Not sure about your girls names. Talitha sounds lispy and clumsy to me. Clara is nice but I'd say that was quite popular.

Dora, Helena, Meredith?

I'm finding it quite hard to think of names you might like.

Wardrobespierre · 26/02/2016 18:20

I know a lovely Tanith.

Those names aren't unusual in the main. Much prefer the boys names. A friend has an Ezra and I love it.

HairySubject · 26/02/2016 18:21

Tanith is a girls name. Lovely.

I like Elspeth, with Elsie for short.

scrivette · 26/02/2016 18:26

Tanith is a girls name.

Clara is my favourite of your girls names but is quite popular.

Live Meredith and Elspeth. Also like Tanith, how about Tana?

OP posts:
ChipInTheSugar · 26/02/2016 18:34

Ooo I know a Tanis too!

scribblegirl · 26/02/2016 18:34

I know a gorgeous Arwen, lovely name Smile

Hennifer · 26/02/2016 18:36

I only like Clara and Talitha. I know a small Talitha and that's a very pretty name.

DiamondStuddedFlunkie · 26/02/2016 18:42

Is Elspeth pronounced Ells-beth?

DontKillMyVibe · 26/02/2016 19:06

Clara, Elsa and Tara are really quite popular and not v unusual at all. I like Meredith from your suggestions.

I like Ezra from your boys list and only know of one.

DontKillMyVibe · 26/02/2016 19:06

I pronounce Elsbeth Else-Beth

WordGetsAround · 26/02/2016 19:08

Ezra is on the up. If you like unusual I would definitely give it a miss

DiamondStuddedFlunkie · 26/02/2016 19:12

Ah bloody hell have love Ezra for ages! I've only met one and he's a teenager now.

Can anyone suggest any other girls names?

OP posts:
KatieT12 · 26/02/2016 19:14

I like the NN Wolfie, but Ezra is better.

I really like Tara, I went to school with one and she was the definition of perfect.

DiamondStuddedFlunkie · 26/02/2016 19:17

How about Thalia? I had an Israeli friend called Tali and always thought it was gorgeous, as was she!

OP posts:
DiamondStuddedFlunkie · 26/02/2016 19:18

Reminds and a bit of tagliatelle though.....

OP posts:
KatieT12 · 26/02/2016 19:20

I like Thalia

mrswarthog · 26/02/2016 19:20

My youngest is a Tara - brilliantly Irish, Hindu & Persian /Kurdish so suits our whole disparate family.

I think all of your names are lovely (esp Wulfric)
