Perfect for a Beagle!

Actually I quite like it. I also like

Beavan

zippyswife we have Thora picked out. We really love it, and don't mind that some will think of Thora Hird, she was pretty awesome. The more I saw Thora the more pretty it sounds.

We've had mixed reviews on here for it, but generally very positive.

This name is amazing!

MrsTerryPratchett · 11/12/2015 05:16

I like Darwin. I think it was on our boy list. Not Ronan. Reminds me of Rōnin, a masterless samurai.

zippyswife · 11/12/2015 11:09

Thora is a great name. Really strong and unusual but doesn't sound try hard. I really like your choices. Best of luck for today!!! Very exciting xx

I had Darwin on Saturday morning. Had a bit of a traumatic birth and my dh let me choose between Darwin and Ronan. So it had to be Darwin.

Lovely! Congratulations! Flowers

TweeterandtheMonkeyman · 14/12/2015 10:38

I love it! (And I know a Darwin who is lovely) . Congrats. I gave my DS2 a very unusual name so speaking from experience..be prepared for a few Hmm faces from hospital staff, HVs, old ladies etc but then in no time at all everyone is totally used to it and it's fine Grin

Welcome Darwin! Take him to the Natural History Museum as soon as possible and get a picture with the 'real' Darwin. Flowers

DramaAlpaca · 14/12/2015 16:22

Congratulations Flowers

GinIsTheBestChristmasSpirit · 14/12/2015 17:50

I think Darwin awards and evolution so it's a no from me.

celtictoast · 14/12/2015 17:55

Congratulations!

FarterChristmoose · 15/12/2015 15:57

I would use Darwin in a heartbeat but already have a Darcy. I have a Lachlan too. Congratulations!

hawkmcqueen · 15/12/2015 21:48

Know a 2yo Darwin and I really like it although it is a marmite name. But nobody batted an eyelid as it is recognisable. And now that's just his name!

hawkmcqueen · 15/12/2015 21:48

Oh congratulations!

Nataleejah · 16/12/2015 07:04

Ok i suppose. Met a middle-aged American guy with that name
