I just read on netmums another website a list of edible baby names. They had 17, including some very questionable ones;

Madeleine
Clementine
Basil
Nutella
Kipper
Honey
Maple
Pippin
Berry
Brie
Candy
Cocoa
Anise
Bean
Amandine
Pepper
Apple.

I thought of Rosemary and Saffron. Can you think of any?

My mum once came up with a name for a character in an Austrailian reality show - Margarine.........

BoffinMum · 14/09/2015 20:55

I like babies but I can't eat a whole one.

AuldAlliance · 14/09/2015 20:57

Rowan
(depending on your definition of "edible," obviously...)

WutheringFrights · 14/09/2015 20:58

I was going down the edible name route for DC1 and asked DH for his input.
I was thinking Saffron, Poppy, Clementine...
DH's suggestion: Sirloin

bananafish · 14/09/2015 21:02

Chip :)

Prune

Margarita (yes it's a drink, but...)

Cress(ida)

I worked with a Canadian called Brie - it just seems an odd choice to name your baby after a cheese.

SmugairleRoin · 14/09/2015 21:09

Eggs Benedict.
Reuben sandwich.
Jack Daniel(s)
Herb

SmugairleRoin · 14/09/2015 21:11
