Do you like the name Zara?

I love the name but bothers me that everyone shops at Zara, including myself!
Do people like the name and would you be put off by the shop name?

I too like the name. I think I should like the shop but nothing ever fits me from there. I'm an average shape and size.

I like the name and the shop doesn't put me off, but when I mentioned it my friend said oh no you can't use that, because of the shop!

The shop wouldn't put me off at all. Zara is a nice name. If you'd said Lakeland or Paperchase, maybe a gentle nudge towards more mainstream names. I have a friend with a dd Zara (half-Iraqi).

Zara says Princess Anne's daughter to me. I've never met anyone called Zara.

I'm not really aware of the shop. Don't think there is one near me.

Nice to see so many people actually like my name lol, I didn't like it for a period of time because I thought it was too girly for me (bit of a tommy) but I actually love my name now and I have only ever known two other people with it

I like it. I know a Zahra which escapes the shop association somewhat.
