Hadley

My DH has suggested the name Hadley (middle name will be may no matter what the first name is) for our dd. I wasn't such a fan to begin with but it's really growing on me. My only concerns our a) I thought it was a boys name and b) I'm not sure it goes with our older dd's names (Zoë and Lilian)

What do you think?

Love Zoe and Lilian, but always think of Hadley, as a masculine name.
How about Harper.

I know it as a girl's name too, and I quite like it. It's really not the style I'd usually go for, but something about Hadley appeals a bit more than other surnamey-style names. It sounds quite feisty and sophisticated to me, maybe because of the Freeman and Hemingway associations. I think it goes well with Zoe and Lilian FWIW.

What about Haidee?

I like it and I actually love it with Lillian and Zoe.

It makes me think of Hadley Freeman too. She's a pretty good role model.

I don't like it for a boy at all

If you read 'the Paris wife' you'll love it (as a girls name.)

I think it works for a girl and goes well with Zoe, ok with Lillian.

Hadley is the name of my pony. He's a boy btw.

I've never heard it, but it sounds like a surname to me.
