I love this name and have never met a little one named it.
But I've also never met a little Henry or Reuben and apparently these names are v popular.

So IRL how many little Patricks do you know?

My DS aged 13 is one, a 73 year old is another. DS was the only one in primary and is the only one in secondary. Have a GS 15 weeks called Henry.

FortyFacedFuckers · 25/05/2015 17:53

Here in Scotland I know 3 that are ds's age (10)
I know 2 adult ones as well

Loads, I'm Irish though. Met some non-Irish toddler Patrick's here in the UK so it's relatively rare. Haven't heard of an Irish baby Patrick in years, but a fair few Padraig's (Irish version) and Paudie's (Irish nickname). It's a lovely name.

I don't know any, maybe for a reason. Sorry, I think there are so many nice names out there.

LeoandBoosmum · 25/05/2015 18:21

Sorry, that was a bit harsh considering you didn't ask for opinions (I had it in my head you were seeking opinions when replying for some reason). Apologies.

Only my 33-year-old husband

LikeABadSethRogenMovie · 26/05/2015 15:37

One. He's in his 20s and is not Irish.

akorda · 02/06/2015 19:50

I know one 4 year old. Surprisingly underused name. I really like it!

BathshebaDarkstone · 02/06/2015 19:50

None.

123Jump · 02/06/2015 20:04

Loads! Paddy is very popular in Ireland. I love it.

NotTallMyself · 02/06/2015 21:00

I like it. I don't have any in my family. It's not that common

Felyne · 02/06/2015 21:41

Two. One is five and one is about eight.

Adult Patricks I know are at least 50.

CrystalMcPistol · 02/06/2015 21:56

Loads of all ages in Ireland.

In my experience UK Patricks tend to be posh army types.

NickySummerbee · 04/06/2015 16:41

I know one who is about 8 and one who is about 17.

Buttwing · 05/06/2015 22:38

I know 5 Patricks. They are all children at my daughters school, it's a very popular name at her (catholic) school.

Letmeeatcakecakecake · 08/06/2015 20:13

My partners Irish, let's just say I have no problem remembering the names of any of his male relatives Wink
