Keir's brother is called...?

Found out today I am having a little boy! Dc2

Ds1 is called Keir. This was our ace name - not sure how we are gonna equal/top it?!

Any ideas?

Needs to sound cool, a bit interesting (not interested in mar and kings or saints) but also it needs to be a proper name and to have a bit of gravitas when the baby grows up into an adult...

Help!

Does it need to be Scottish?

Thanks all - doesn't have to be Scottish. We are not although are raging lefties so keep the Labour names coming!!

Mar was just a typo - daft iPhone.

I like Innes from the list but never been 100% sure how to pronounce it (Innes Kent is a great character in The Hand That First Held Mine)...

Is it said: in-nez - with an equal accent on each syllable?

Quite like Fraser but DH is not comvinced...thinks we should move away from Scottish names as we have not Scottish connection!

But I think Keir and Fraser work well together...

Quite like Robbie/Robert as well....don't meet many baby Roberts these days - maybe it's due a revival?!

Innes is pronounced innis, to rhyme with an Australian saying 'tennis'.

PrimroseEverdeen · 10/03/2015 12:10

My friend has a Keir. His brother is Lewis. Both really lovely names IMO.
