We don't know what we're having. Girls name is easily sorted but no idea about boys names!
What names do Ivy's brothers you know have? Or what would be a good brother name?!

The first name I thought of was Jacob - maybe because it's the next letter in the alphabet!

Rowan. Going on the plant theme. Grin

LottieMumofWilfJenkins · 03/03/2015 11:25

Wilfred? Seth? Stanley? Silas? Arthur?

TremoloGreen · 03/03/2015 11:34

I like Ivy and Seth and Ivy and Jude!

What about: Aaron, Amos, Ambrose, Conrad, Caspar, Daniel, Edmund, Eli, Elijah, Francis, Frederick, George, Hector, Hamish, Henry, John, Jim, Leo, Oscar, Saul, Solomon, Stanley, Theo, Ted, Victor, Winston, Wilfred?

We have an Ivy in the family, who was married to Avram (Abraham) but didn't have any brothers that I know of!

When I think of ivy, I always think of a robin close by!

insanityscratching · 03/03/2015 12:50

I thought Albert.
Jude, Rudy,Ralph, Milo, Max?

MerryMarigold · 03/03/2015 12:51

I immediately thought Charlie. (Not that I particularly like it!)

pinkandsparklytoo · 03/03/2015 12:55

The Ivy I knew had brothers called Kingsley and Jerome

Kim82 · 03/03/2015 12:59

The first name that came to my mind was Seth

bouncingbelle · 03/03/2015 13:02

Instantly thought James.

Or maybe Arthur?

mrssmith79 · 03/03/2015 13:05

Kit (Christopher)
Tom
All the names I can think of are single syllable.

fleurdelacourt · 03/03/2015 13:16

Reuben or Dexter

5446 · 03/03/2015 14:03

Benjamin or Jacob.

verelab · 03/03/2015 14:37

I know one Ivy who has a brother called Jude.

Ivy and Tom sounds lovely
Ivy and Ben also good.

I agree that single syllable names beginning with consonants go well with Ivy

Ivy and Max?
Ivy and Joe?
Ivy and Bob
Ivy and Nate (short for Nathaniel)

Good Luck!

TempsPerdu · 03/03/2015 18:05

I immediately thought of Ivy and Edward, or Ivy and Arthur.

TakeMeToTheMilk · 03/03/2015 18:40

I do like the short names for her brother. How about Ned?
