Which do you prefer?

Really surprised that some people think Ezra sounds feminine. I have known only male Ezras so the idea of a girl being called Ezra is bizarre to me.

Ezra. Not mad on Arlo but I like Milo if that helps!

Lottiedoubtie · 18/01/2014 21:12

Argo by a country mile.

Ezra is not a good name if you've ever seen/read Mojo (butterworth). I realise that's quite tenuous, but ive never met an Ezra in RL so that's the only frame of reference I have!

Lottiedoubtie · 18/01/2014 21:12

Argh! Sorry Arlo of course!

MrsBungle · 18/01/2014 21:17

I prefer arlo. Like others have said Ezra sounds feminine to me.

Ezra would be on my boys list but we have an Esmé. Arlo is on there as well as Asa. Im not mich help, i love them both.

I love these names. IMO Ezra would be better when he is a grown up. Arlo cute for child.

Astralabe · 20/01/2014 22:30

I don't like the name Arlo, but then I am from Essex and it just sounds like "'Arlow" to me!

Ezra is great!
