Depends if you would regularly call them by their full names or nicknames!

William & Joshua (equally) with Arthur a long way behind.

BUT

Artie (by a long way) Will & Josh (equally).

Joshua would be a definite for me, Arthur sounds to harsh for a beautiful baby boy personally. William is very popular in our area .
