Sorry for another post, hopefully my last one. We've finally come up with a girl's name we both really like, please tell me you like it. Just need some reassurance Smile Of course, do say if you don't like it and why. Thanks!

Great name. My niece Imogen is always called Immy. Would that matter?

EnglishGirlApproximately · 04/09/2013 22:04

Like it a lot :)

undecidedstill · 04/09/2013 22:04

Aw thanks guys. Not quite sure what we would shorten it to. Read somewhere that you can shorten it to Ginny as well, which I like - although Immy is quite nice too

Grin

It's lovely, a really gorgeous name - familiar but not very common at the moment

Floggingmolly · 04/09/2013 22:06

You won't shorten it; other people will.

Charlottehere · 04/09/2013 22:06

Nice

Layl77 · 04/09/2013 22:07

Lovely

Mutteroo · 04/09/2013 22:13

Beautiful name. Love Immy as a nn

undecidedstill · 04/09/2013 22:16

Thank you, I do feel happy now about our choice, yay! I imagine she will be called Immy, although my two year old will probably come up with an interesting nick name for her as well, as I can't imagine he will be able to pronounce Imogen, bless him
