I have always liked both these names. What do they say to you?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
TallulahBetty · 13/10/2013 19:23

Yes, if you know lots of them - the OP asked what the names said to us, didn't she? To me, they are cat names.

TallulahBetty · 13/10/2013 19:25

Well, just one is. I know no cats called Jemima Wink

ProfondoRosso · 13/10/2013 19:27

Tabitha is good - it can sound like quite a strong, dignified name.

Not keen on Jemima, I'm afraid - I just keep thinking Puddleduck!

Emmabombemma · 13/10/2013 19:30

Fair enough. Op - to me Tabitha is a strong, biblical name which is classic and not too popular. You will always get the cat comments because people are unimaginative, but If i were you I wouldn't let it stop you using it. It is just a name like any other which some people chose to use it for their pets (It's not tiddles or fluffy FFS) x

TallulahBetty · 13/10/2013 19:35

Not unimaginative, just know lots of cats called that name. Geez wish I'd never commented now, was a light-hearted comment Grin

Emmabombemma · 13/10/2013 19:39

Sorry Tallulah I don't mean you, just in general people seem to have the same opinion. Just sticking up for the Tabithas Smile

TallulahBetty · 13/10/2013 19:43

Haha ok, well of course it's all just opinions isnt it, if we all agreed then all our kids would be called the same 10 names Smile

Rhubarbgarden · 13/10/2013 19:50

I think Tabitha is a beautiful name. I don't like Jemima.
