Dear Wills and Kate, I think he looks like a John.

(DH suggested George Michael as middle names. He said it's what Diana would have wanted Grin)

It's got to be Elton Ethelred really.

Nannyowl · 24/07/2013 07:48

Owen yes not traditional for a King but time for a change

Fifi2406 · 24/07/2013 08:04

I think he looks like an Arthur

TheRealFellatio · 24/07/2013 08:05

I'm hoping for Tyreece.

lolitabelle · 24/07/2013 08:15

It'd be a disservice not to call him Tyler. Wonder if old Katie would let her kids play with Tylers then?!

noddyholder · 24/07/2013 08:18

Alex

UpTheFRIGGinDuff · 24/07/2013 08:30

Arthur.

mrspaddy · 24/07/2013 08:31

Samuel

QueLinda · 24/07/2013 09:05

I thought John too when i saw him!

Arthur, Frederick, Alexander... it won't be anything exciting.

I'd choose something very grand like Augustus or Leopold if it were me.

Gary
Ian
Malcolm
Aethelstan
Uther
Mervyn

bulletwithbutterflywings · 24/07/2013 09:13

I think it could be Samuel though - every second boy from newborn to about 10 is called Sam ime.

AKissIsNotAContract · 24/07/2013 09:20

Rogers Nelson.

Wbdn28 · 24/07/2013 10:04

I'm guessing Alexander Henry Charles.

Could be time to reintroduce some of the classics that aren't currently in vogue?

Andrew
David
John
Philip
Richard

juneybean · 24/07/2013 10:05

I thought David

StealthPolarBear · 24/07/2013 10:06

Arthur or George

MsIngaFewmarbles · 24/07/2013 10:09

James Henry Charles William

MsIngaFewmarbles · 24/07/2013 10:09

Or Arthur with the same middle names

Hummuschocolate · 24/07/2013 10:13

Arthur, George or Albert with some combination of 4 of these as middle names

James
Michael
Charles
Philip
William
Henry

picnicbasketcase · 24/07/2013 10:23

Isn't Prince Edward's son called James though? He'll probably end up a combination of all the same family names they always use - George Charles Philip Henry or similar.

PeterParkerSays · 24/07/2013 10:30

Arthur - one of William's middle names and a chance to have a king Arthur in the future Grin

JuliaScurr · 24/07/2013 10:34

Tyler Jayden

OBVIOUSLY

NatureAbhorsAHoover · 24/07/2013 10:35

LOLZ at Tyler Grin

Seriously though - I hope they don't go for George, too staid. And James is her brother's name - wouldn't that be a bit odd, when he's very present in their lives by all accounts? Ditto Charles - honestly, royal or not, would you name your child after your father??

Really liking John or the Scottish royal names - Robert, etc.

MsIngaFewmarbles · 24/07/2013 10:39

Ooooh I've got it! Joffrey. Perfect no?

soontobeslendergirl · 24/07/2013 10:42

they wont go for a Scottish name given the impending vote and I think Alexander is out as well for the Alex Salmond reason.

I think Edgar or Alfred with David as an outside option.

soontobeslendergirl · 24/07/2013 10:45

Edgar is my top choice I think just because the shortened versions of Alfred as either more popular (Alfie) or naff (Alf) - though they could go for Prince Freddie from Alfred too.
