Elodie vs Sophie?

Ok- I said the other day that the front runner often changes daily for me!

Which do you prefer, Elodie or Sophie?

Middle name Grace.

Sibling has name beginning with E.

I know that they're both popular names but I figure that's for a reason as I like them both!

So, which do you prefer?

I love Elodie - works as child and adult. I've just moved areas and not popular in either area - only know one and shes a bit older. She uses nn Eddie with close family but is always Elodie at school.

Sophie is the name of the last 3 babies I know that have been born - got the point of thinking not another one now. OK name.

I definitely know of several Sophies around here and haven't yet met a local Elodie.

Just wanted to update that we named our dd Elodie after her birth on weds. We're really happy with it. Surprised too by how many people in rl had never heard of it before!
