I prefer Noah, where I live (NW England) Jacob is very, very popular.

Neither. Both way too popular at the moment.

But, if you must, then Jacob as it is more classic. Noah very trendy at the moment.

Jacob as I have one.

I have also only ever met one other little boy called Jacob and he was 9.
