Just for fun, because my sister is due any day now!

I suggested Crucifissa Grin but I can't think of any normal ones.

Esther
Pascale

Even Esther is kind of thinking outside the box

Annunziata · 24/03/2013 20:58

It's March this year, sadly.

Pascale is pretty.

Bunbaker · 24/03/2013 21:03

Mary
Martha
Magdalene
Any of the disciple names:
Simon
Peter
Andrew
James
John
Philip
Bartholomew
Thomas
Matthew
James
Thaddaeus

I have omitted Judas because of the connotations.

Annunziata · 24/03/2013 21:15

Warren is quite clever! I wouldn't make the connections.

I quite like Magdalena.

da wikipedia: Pasquina, Pasqualina, Pasquala, Pasquetta, Pasquita, Pascala, Pascalia, Pascalina, Pascuccia, Anna Pasqua, Maria Pasqua, Pasqua Rosa.

Mitchy1nge · 24/03/2013 22:18

I think baby should come on the 26th and be named after Magdalena Morano

FreedomOfTheTess · 25/03/2013 11:16

Joshua - the English form Yehoshu'a, which would have been Jesus' actual name. (Jesus is another English form, through the Greek Iesous, which comes from Yeshu'a, which is a contracted form of Yehoshu'a).

Christian
Sunday
I'm sure there's a Russian one like Natasha for Christmas but I don't know what it is.

KittenOfDoom · 25/03/2013 18:52

Maundy. There was someone with this name at my school.

Astley · 25/03/2013 18:53

It's Anastasia stella it means resurrection.

But after Fifty Shades of Grey no one in their right mind would use it right now!

SoupDreggon · 25/03/2013 18:54

Jesus delivered my Ocado order last Easter.

[happy sigh]

raisah · 25/03/2013 20:53

Christina
Maryam/Miriam

Annunziata · 25/03/2013 22:02

Oh Christina is beautiful!

OP posts:
LandofTute · 25/03/2013 23:00

I like Christina too

ShrewveTuesday · 25/03/2013 23:07

The Russian one is Anastasia - means 'resurrection'.

PelvicFloorClenchReminder · 25/03/2013 23:07

Fred or Judy? From Easter Parade. It's a bit of a tenuous one!
