Hi all :) only 18 weeks but for some reason names are really bothering me especially since DH and I are struggling to agree . Boy middle name will be David and girl middle name will be Johanna . Let me know what you thank :)

These are all we have and at that I am not completely in love with any of them like I was (am) with dc1 name . she is Phoebe .

Georgia Johanna doesnt sound right to me. I like either Charlotte or Violet, and they go with your dd's name too.

Like all your girls names. Not sure if you can get the Callie nn to stick though, would have expected it to be Char or Lottie.

I see what you mean about the Callie dulcet that's came from me liking Callie and DH liking Charlotte . So was thinking having Charlotte on bc but making it known she is Callie . I dont know it's too haaaard

flip DD would without a doubt have been Evan had she been a boy , but I don't love it as much as I did . I'm really struggling this tine round . I think it may be because I love Phoebe as a name so much that nothing seems as good iyswim ?

My order of preference for your boys names is as you've listed them - Jacob is lovely.

Of the girls, I love Georgia - thats on our shortlist!

Thanks cherub Jacob is my fav too but DH not so keen because he thinks there will be loads of Jacobs due to twilight .

I wanted Phoebe but we gave it to the cat as we thought kids were waaaay off. We called the boy vat Rex which was our favourite boys name too, so naturally I think Rex would be the perfect name for the brother of a Phoebe.

Charlotte (possible nn Callie) - never liked it but that's probably just me!

Violet - love it, although people might think of Violet Beauregard or Violet Elizabeth (if they are as old as me )

Not that keen on your boys' names - very popular already - but I'd choose Evan if I had to pick one.

Love all your names. Would not use Jacob because of personal phobia of popular names...but maybe Jake.

For girls, all beautiful names. I especially love Callie.
I agree with whoever said Georgia Johanna sounds not the most ideal, but IMO still an OK combination. If you're toally set on Johanna for middle, I'd be partial to Charlotte/"Callie" or Violet.

Yeah Johanna has a special family connection so it will definitely be MN regardless of first name . But I think it is a bit of a mouthful !

Jacob David, Evan David and Jonah David all sound good together; I think Jonah David is the nicest. I'm not keen on Max David.

I have a cousin who is Charlotte Joanna I like Charlotte Johanna the best from your girls list. I think it has a pretty ring to it. I like Georgia, but think it sounds like a lot of alliteration with Johanna (that said our DD2's initials are going to be SFF when she arrives). I'm not keen on Violet so wouldn't really consider it.

Like Jacob and Max. Dislike Evan and Jonah. Like David.

Like Charlotte but Callie seems a strange nn for it. Like Violet. Hate Georgia but love Georgiana. However, both sound weird with Johanna. Charlotte Johanna works best imho.

Love, love Johanna (pronounced Yo-hanna)! I'd choose that as first name. Otherwise Charlotte is nice too.

Good list - though some of your names are a bit popular for my taste. I like Evan, Jonah and Violet.
