Thinking Tom, Charlie or Joe - but anything more imaginative? Thank you!

Arthur, Alfred, Ernest? Thaddeus?

We have a George and if I have another boy I would call him Arthur.

But your criteria are exactly the same as mine....It's tough!

What about Frederick or Albert?

I was at the park over the weekend with my 17 month old and saw a little boy about the same age called Humphrey. It was very cute and seemed to suit him perfectly.

Is Herbert a good name? It was my Grandads' name and he was so cool.

My choices include Oliver and Matthew as well as Charles, but don't know if they are what you are looking for.

MsBrandybuck · 16/04/2012 03:46

Edwin or Gilbert.

Patrick.

Not Herbert- people like football coaches still use it in a "Right, nyou doxy Herberts" way.

seeker · 16/04/2012 10:56

Dozy herberts. Doxy Herberts sounds like something completely different.

We've had our boys name sorted since week 20 (don't know what we're having so thought of both) and now DH has decided he wants something different. Alex is definatley the first name but DH has brought up Quintyn Hmm (i would have spelt it Quentin) I kinda like it but wanted other opinions, other than my mums who I know won't like it.
