Sorry. I think it's trying too hard. Loved the character Atticus Finch though.

Trying too hard? Isn't naming your child a huge decision and we SHOULD therefore try hard. Or should we all just pick a top 100 name that is already widely used.....

Let's encourage more name diversity - makes life more interesting

I love it and it was on our list. We ruled it out for 2 reasons, our surname is similar to Finch and we couldn't think of a nice nickname/shorter version. I thinks it goes perfectly with the siblings names though

Why on earth would you not try hard to find a name for your child, ideally one that isn't already used by thousands others...?!

Like - especially because I like the character - though its a great name too. Go for it - you obviously can't call him ben or george or charlie etc as those definetly don't fit with the others.

It's one of those names that I'm not sure if I like it or hate it. It's a big hulking name, so I'm not sure.

i love it, i know someone with an Atticus, i think it goes with your other childrens names well :) oh and he gets calle Atti for short :)

Love it. But has to go with the surname. Atticus Jones no, nor brown etc as would feel like trying too hard.

i love it, it was my favourite boy name but my husband didn't like it
everyone i've suggested it to has looked at me strangely though and agreed with my husband...

Love it. Perfect with your other dc's names. It was on our list for DS but on the basis dd has the mn Scout, we thought it might look like we'd only ever read one bloody book

My friend has one and he's lovely though she get alot from people who don't know it's heritage and think its made up...

May be confusing having the same initials as his brother though - potential postal issues!
