Please help me find a name that goes with Mabel

As the title says,

We are expecting dd3. Our dd2 is called Mabel and we still love it because it is not popular where we live- I have never met another one. Unfortunately, as much as I loved dd1's name when I chose it, every other little girl seems to have her name. So we are definitely looking for a lesser-used name, preferably classic, similar to Mabel.

We are really open to suggestions!

A few that we like are Kitty, Beatrice, Primrose, Matilda- but this is by no means a short list.

Thanks!

Beatrice is gorgeous.

I quite like Martha too but maybe the double M will be an issue for you.

Mamazon- I do like Beatrice Smile. Martha is pretty and I don't mind the double M, but it is quite popular here.

I like Beatrice from your list, although it's a bit more formal-sounding than Mabel. Mabel and Bea sounds good though! Not keen on Kitty or Matilda, sorry. Would love to know more of your shortlist :)

Our DD was nearly Mabel. I think it's such a beautiful name.
I like Mathilda too but it is becoming more popular around here. I love Edith, Nancy and Kitty.

How about Dulcie?

There are some lovely ideas here, thank you!

A few of the suggestions given are already middle names of both girls- I obviously have very predictable ideas when it comes to names!

So far of the suggested I like:
Tabitha
Nancy
Maude
Clementine

I've heard the name Bunty, which is incredibly cute, but what is it short for?

As for Beatrice, after watching the film Ramona, I suggested the name Beatrice for their sister and they like the idea of calling her Beezus, 'because it sounds like Jesus'!! Grin To be fair, this is the name we keep coming back to and it is dh's favourite, but I don't think it has the 'Perfect' feel to it that Mabel still does.

Haha mrsvwoolf, I love that you are helping me to justify the name Bunty! It is very sweet, but would a teenage Bunty thank me...?

From your list of names, it appears we have similar tastes.
