How do you pronounce Louis?

Is it pronounced, 'Loo-is' or 'Loo-e'

lets make it clear

louis & lewis are two different names.look and spelt differently,and pronounced differently.the fact that a minority are unable to differentiate and pronounce in no way makes them interchangeable

I agree with cat64 - please spell it Louis, the other way looks so wrong. And Definitely Loo-ee and definitely a great name :-)
