Harry. We chose it for DD 9 years ago when living in Spain and thought it was a bit old fashioned, but nice. Pleased we didn't now and it's DS's middle name instead as we still liked it.

Ramona dd1
Laura dd2
Holly dd2

nickschick · 27/03/2011 16:22

I have to say in real life I am quite normal its just im not v good at choosing names Blush

Ds1 Zak
ds2 Hamish
ds3 Kiplet

I didnt get to use any of them ....... for a girl it would have been Amy,India or Esme.

Notalone · 27/03/2011 16:26

DS - when I thought he was going to be a girl. Ariadne and Alisha. Lovely names but I went off them ever so quickly

DS - if MIL had had her way - Denver Hmm

Justalittleblackraincloud · 27/03/2011 16:26

DD was going to be Caitlin, until we changed our minds at the last minute. I'm so glad we did, she's soooo not a Caitlin!

NorthernGobshite · 27/03/2011 16:27

Scarlett

vaginiasmonalogue · 27/03/2011 16:28

ds was going to be Spike! yes really!

Francagoestohollywood · 27/03/2011 16:29

When pg with ds I toyed with the name Milo for a few days....

WorzselMummage · 27/03/2011 16:31

Ruby and Eliza

Notalone · 27/03/2011 16:31

Aw - I love Scarlett. If I ever have a DD she will be Scarlett Smile

TaurielTest · 27/03/2011 16:33

DS1 was born on midsummer's day.
I briefly - very briefly! - toyed with Sol / Solstice.
I could blame the drugs, only I didn't have any. Maybe I can blame the oxytocin instead ;).

chicaguapa · 27/03/2011 16:43

Spike is a great name!

NorthernGobshite · 27/03/2011 16:44

notalone I still love the name, but dd is just so not a Scarlett! Her given name is just perfect.

rachel1970 · 27/03/2011 16:46

I'm glad we didn't choose Ella for our daughter because it has become very very popular.

Notalone · 27/03/2011 16:47

Northern - I know what you mean. Ds really suits his name and Charlie too which he was nearly called. He could NEVER have been a Denver though Grin

RatherBeOnThePiste · 27/03/2011 16:48

Bertie for DS.
Lucy for DD ( still love but too popular )

( i love Eliza!)

shimmerysilverglitter · 27/03/2011 16:48

Jordan back in the early nineties.

NorthernGobshite · 27/03/2011 16:58

Phew, dodged a bullet there shimmery!

Ooopsadaisy · 27/03/2011 17:04

I still have our lists of names for DS and DD.

I still like all of them.

They like to discuss them with us too.

I think we made great choices and I still love the names we went for.

DS couldn't care less and DD have her favourites from her list!

Kirsten - can't remember why.

AmpleBosom · 27/03/2011 22:50

Nemo Blush

Wafflenose · 27/03/2011 22:56

Jennifer. I don't mind it, but it wouldn't have suited her. She has a short, strong, straight-to-the-point name instead, which suits her personality perfectly!

collision · 27/03/2011 23:03

Maximus and Felix
