Who's actually pregnant and who's just nuts?

I am 41 and my children are 19 and 10 and I have no intention of having any more. However, I love names and baby names and will very happily weigh in. I'm very pleased to have had sons but would have had so much fun choosing girls' names!

I really should work more or watch more TV!

40, with dds aged 15 and 13. I know I will never have a third even though (finally, after all those months spent arguing over girls' names for our 2 dds!) dp and I have managed to agree on a girls' name that we both love, rather than the compromise names we ended up with for the dds. So I come on here to put my oar in just because I like (or dislike) the sound of names -

and possibly because I am still slightly broody;

and deffo in the 'nuts' camp, I guess.

I'm nuts too, so we're in the lead.

But, and I don't know if this confession makes me sound more nuts or less nuts, but my daughter's father totally chose her boring rather conservative name, and I'm still coming to terms with it.

Although, I do love my dc2's name.

I have had 7 yet still love names and talking about them!!

This is far more fun than being pregnant and trying to pick your own names.

I'm in the middle... My DD is 5 weeks old & I still haven't choosen a name! Had to cancal my appointment to register her & rebook!

This is so reassuring. I thought I was one of a few nutters, but actually we're the majority I think.

As sedgie points out though, for a while we were nuts and pregnant.

DD2 now 6 weeks old and happily named so I guess I'm in the nuts camp now... I just had so much fun choosing names and can't resist a sneak peek on this board to see what crazy lovely new name suggestions people are coming up with! Oh, and to champion my DDs and fantasy boy names too!

Pregnant with dc2. Elective C Section booked for 19th August.

Decided on boys name, have a few up the sleeve for girls.

32 weeks pregnant and keep an eye on the boy's names threads as desperate for inspiration.
