Finally me and DH have a shortlist

I've finally let go of BeauDH would never accept it as a first name.
DH has stopped mentioning his random names too!!

Names we both agree on but can't decide which is the best:

Bay Alexander

or

Rocco Alexander Beau

Bambino is now 10 days old.Getting him registered soon.His big brother is called Ellis.

Also thanks to everyone whos commented on my last thread(a week ago-about dh not agreeing with my choice of name).

I like both but for some reason I like Bay - it seems to go against all my instincts but I think Bay Alexander is really nice!!

How did you choose Bay? I habe never heard of it as a name. I like Alexander a lot though.

However of the two options given I think Bay is nicer than Rocco.

When you go for 'out there' names you risk that the child will be picked on and people laugh behind your backs.

I know a lovely 6 year old girl called Bay so I have to pick Rocco. Really like that one! (prefer roscoe with nn Rocco though)

Oh yes, Roscoe is a fabulous name.

Roscoe Alexander is nice.

Roscoe is less madonna as well. It' be like you came up with something cool and original on your own without the help of a sleb! (just my opinon of course)

Seems like the names are very love or hate.

Also even though I call him DH we're not married(yet).

His surname is Charge(I don't like it).

My current surname is Malone.

(I hope it's not too weird giving this much information about myself!)

Obviously Bay Charge sounds hideous!!

Don't know if I should register ds2 with surname Malone Charge.

If I do that I've got to change ds1's surname which is abit of a headache.

No, Alexander doesn't work because Alex and Ellis is a bit of a mouthful - try saying both names quickly.

I love Rocco, but am perhaps biased as there is a gorgeous dark haird one in ds's class. I think Rocco and Ellis sound great together!

Alexander first and Beau second imho (but obviously not if your dp hates it).
