What flower is it? Painting ( photo )

I love painting flowers, and this is my latest one.. now I know what flower it is based upon.. but I have had a few different opinions from friends and family.

I know my style is rather abstract, but i'd be interested to know if anyone can guess what flower it is meant to be? x Flowers

I see two: a darker one which looks like an iris to me. Another which looks like either a pansy (with a petal missing?) or a daffodil with outer petals different from the norm.

I can see it's an 'orchid' now I know. I think what threw me is that I'm used to seeing orchids in clusters rather than single heads :)

I'm a painter also and sorry to be cheeky but can I ask if you print your own?
I've been putting off making prints for a while as it seems very expensive to use a printing company.

Thankyou so much. Oh wow that's so cool, i'd love to see some of your work?? Don't be silly it's not cheeky, I do indeed. I have a really good printer and it works out a lot more affordable. I'm happy to give you some more info about what printer and stuff I use, just drop me a message x
