Fun and Games?

Would anyone like to take part in a night of crafty fun?

Ive just spent the whole weekend taking part in an online challenge and it was great brilliant.

So I thought maybe we could do a smaller version here if any of you crafty mums want a bit of a giggle.

It would be fun and games for a couple of hours one night.

The sort of thing I was thinking is as follows.

A game of online crafty BINGO

Make a card in 30 mins

and a few other ideas I have floating around my head.

If you are interested then add your name and a night that would be best for you.

Most nights are good for me after about 8pm.

We could maybe ask some non crafters to judge.

Its not a competition so there will be no judging involved.

As long as there's no judging involved (still anoyed with rude comments from 'the other site' ), I'll join in! Any night after 8 should be OK.

JM, I am more than happy to contribute towards prizes, might not be much, perhaps some die cuts, papers, ribbons....just let me know.

I should be OK for most evenings after about 8pm.

Perhaps we could all throw in something towards the prize? Only needs to be small, after all. maybe we could even chuck in an entry fee of £1 to the DEC? Perhaps I am going insane with all the TV though, keep looking for fundraisers.

If everyone who takes part was to donate a small craft item....something under a £1....die cuts, ribbon, peel offs etc....it would make a lovely little stash that could be used as a prize for the Quiz.

Looks like a Friday night is the best night for all.

so how about FRIDAY 21st October 8pm start.

We'll kick off with the quiz....that way if anyone is late they have chance to catch up. At 8pm I'll email out the quiz questions and you will have 30 mins to find the answers and email them back to me. How does that sound?

Ah, that's the one weekday night this month I can't do! (Crewkerne carnival), but i will still doante tho

souinds good JM but i would probbly hold you all up date wise.

we are away this weekend and the following weekend we fly early friday morning so i couldn't do thursday evening either.
but don't worry i will observe from a far if we can't sort out a day.
tuesdays and thursdays (usually) are good for me

could do all of half term week nights aprt from tyhe friday. mon 24 to thurs 27th

One of the only nights I can't do is the 27th. I have a Downs Syndrome Association meeting.

If that day is best for everyone else I can come along a bit later so do what's best for the majority.

How about Tuesday 18th October?

Start at 8pm....although you wont actually need to be here as you will receive an email at 8pm giving you the quiz questions, which will need to be answered and emailed back by 8.30pm.

On line Bingo at 8.45 - 9pm and then the card challenge.....which will be 30 mins to make a card and upload it to the gallery...the theme of the card will be given out on the night.

Treasure Hunt at 9.40.

Quiz winner announced at 10pm.

Then bed!!!!

Cant do, can do half term week Mon to Thurs but not Halloween weekend as we are going to Pontins. More crafting for best dressed table. Yay
