Inexoliable fawning over she who shall not be fished

and who was inexplicably at the mnhq party...

is there some inner circle I don't know of

OP posts:
scottishmummy · 06/03/2010 17:09

LOL,thats funny

MollieO · 06/03/2010 17:18

mp including the C word! Just think that there are still a lot of oldies but not mouldies on here with good memories and remember what went on.

morningpaper · 06/03/2010 17:26

cod's never left here though, she never really defected

you can allawys tleell

morningpaper · 06/03/2010 17:27

TBH I only tend to notice it is cod when I get to Roundup Day and I think "God that poster is incoherent, I am going to have to make up what she SHOULD have said" and then I realise...

Do you get extra bonus points for being the OP of a thread in the roundup?

And where are the winning haikus?

Dumbledoresgirl · 06/03/2010 17:37

oh I thought this week's round up was particularly amusing. One comment especially. in fact, just one comment really...

PS thanks MP - cheque's in the post.

MollieO · 06/03/2010 17:41

I know she hasn't really left, like you say her posting style is very distinctive. I just think that in a lot of older posters minds Cod=Mouldies=Upset.

scottishmummy · 06/03/2010 19:56

no i dont make that association at all

Ledodgy · 06/03/2010 20:01

No I don't get the Cod = Moldies thing either. Cod left mn for a while for a completely different reason. She did not run off and start moldies.

JollyPirate · 06/03/2010 20:04

Moldies was something different. I only remember Cod because her name never really changed unlike mine which has gone through several changes.

MamaG · 06/03/2010 20:10

Cod always gets the blame for moldies

I was busy having a baby when it all blew up so only cottoned on weeks after everybody else

I'm bothered about it only cos I miss nbg and tutter and lapin.

so thre.

Blu · 06/03/2010 20:18

I was once in the MN official round up and MPs round-up in the same week.

Now that's fawning.

But I deserved it.

JollyPirate · 06/03/2010 20:20

I remember some names but assume that on any internet forum people come and go - honestly cannot be bothered to "miss" anyone. It's an internet forum not real life. People come and people go - all adds to the rich mix. Have to say it's fun at the moment as MN is quite high profile so all kinds are logging in - thankfully many are just normal Mums but there are plenbty of trolls and journos too.

scottishmummy · 06/03/2010 20:27

people come,people go.keeps mn fresh

McBitchy · 06/03/2010 20:30

life is too real to actually CARE about mumsnet

MiladyDeWinter · 06/03/2010 20:33

I was on that thread whilst very drunk, oversensitive fragile last week. cod or not I thought, "bugger" when I saw it in the round-up

eitbomh · 06/03/2010 20:50

A little something for Cod

Spoof · 06/03/2010 21:21

Cod is fab. So is her cat.
OP is BU

I have been in the round-up once. Yay!

MamaG · 06/03/2010 22:35

Well I DO miss them

so there

I used ot have a real larf with those three and frankl, a lot of MNers are rather dull

Spoof · 06/03/2010 22:36

which three?

MamaG · 06/03/2010 22:36

nbg tutter and lapin (do keep up!)

Spoof · 06/03/2010 22:41

oi
it's late
they are lovely chaps

MamaG · 06/03/2010 22:43

I know

we FB but it's not the same

Still got boco on here but she hasn't been funny since March 09!

Spoof · 06/03/2010 22:50

I know, it's disgraceful isn't it? Especially since she has a clown name and all.

I haven't been funny since 1993, but I dont' have a clown name.
