Is there someone that lives in Brighton?
I have heard a rumor that Mr Cave and his wife are expecting another baby.
Is there someone that knows if it's true?

OP posts:
Rose100 · 22/10/2008 21:17

Actually, I do know a close relative of Mr Cave (my one and only sleb connection) so I could find out but I won't as this all seems rather odd.

pointygravedogger · 22/10/2008 21:18

nick cave is a very sexy man. HJe will make his wife pregnant just by glowering at her.

Boco · 22/10/2008 21:19

Or giving her a bottle of water to carry.

pointygravedogger · 22/10/2008 21:23

yeah, he better watch where he points his bottle

Boco · 22/10/2008 21:25

yeah or, um, sperm might come out of it...

pointygravedogger · 22/10/2008 21:27

lol

that level of spelling out was not needed, boco

Boco · 22/10/2008 21:29

Damn. So that wasn't so much innuendo then? Too direct you say?

Something like 'yeah, bet his bottle is really big!' would have been better. Or, 'bet he knows what to do with his bottle!'

to tell you the truth, I thought I had already gone too far down teh stating-the-obvious route when I posted about pointing the bottle.

But then people have got cross with me and have taken me the wrong way. They probably know just where they stand withyou.

fishie · 22/10/2008 21:33

also, op assumes that everyone who lives in brighton knows nick cave. what a peculiar place it sounds what with watery judgements and stalking.

ahundredtimes · 22/10/2008 21:35

lol at pointy and Boco.

OP. Please come back. Come back and explain re unreasonable bottles of water.

Boco · 22/10/2008 21:35

People get cross at very odd things, it's all a mystery.

ahundredtimes · 22/10/2008 21:37

Also who are these denise100 and rose100 people? Is it a group?

It seems a little cultish doesn't it? How many of them are there? WHY do they need to know?

BouncingTurtleSkulls · 22/10/2008 21:39

Nope still none the wiser.

I don't get the big bottle of water = pregnant connection.

And since when is it your business, Bettymoon, if someone is pregnant?

Boco · 22/10/2008 21:40

Why isn't it in sleb twaddle? Yabu not to put it in sleb twaddle.

PMSL at the thought of Nick Cave threatening his kids with the naughty step.

'That is unasseppable'.

pointygravedogger · 22/10/2008 21:48

have you seen nick cave sing on stage, frosty? Inexplicably sexy.

However, not as sexy as Sean Locke. I bloody love him.

CoteDAzur · 22/10/2008 21:56

I love Nick Cave's music (not the latest "Dig Lazarus Dig" stuff). Especially his older songs. He is an exceptional songwriter and a great poet.

He is one sick puppy, though. Read his book if you have any doubts. I wish I hadn't.

That song with Kylie Minogue was in the album "Murder Ballads", where, unsurprisingly, all songs were about particularly twisted murders.

I'm not part of a 100 group, 100x. It's just a freaky coincidence.

ahundredtimes · 22/10/2008 22:04

[embraces Rose100]

We will be a group.

Am nervous of OP though.

Rose100 · 22/10/2008 22:36

Yes, I'm nervous too. Hopefully someone from Brighton will be along soon to solve the mystery.
