How is your household utilising AI to your benefit? Looking for some inspo

I’ve been using ChatGPT (paid) for 2 years, this week I spoke to somebody who’s got a 2nd brain. (Collects all data from multiple sources) and is totally customised to them. Totally opened my eyes to what we can achieve

That's a tremendously sad post, Beachtastic, on so many levels ... I'd probably better step away from this thread now

It’s not the same - we all need to eat, it is a biological need, nobody needs AI. Yes, too much meat is eaten, there are too many cars on the road, etc, but AI is a brand new drain that no one actually needs to live their life. We are between a rock and hard place with cars - public transport outside of London is utterly dire, many people aren’t walking distance to basic shops/services - and some people do need meat to be healthy (my dd and I definitely do, and suspect many Northern European women of childbearing age are similar).

Biological need to eat meat may just be the dumbest and most incorrect justification I have heard to date.

is EXACTLY the same, well, not exactly because meat eating is significantly worse for the planet than AI. We do not need to eat meat there are thriving vegans and vegan athletes all over the world and entire countries that do not consume meat where the people are far healthier. Instead of complaining about the thing you can't change why not make some changes to what you can, or stop complaining about the future of the planet and your children's future if you aren't going to make any effort to change it.

Very hard to thrive as a vegan without a lot of supplements

Quite correct. While evidence shows that a vegan diet is associated with a lower risk of cardiovascular disease, it's not all good news.

The Impact of a Vegan Diet on Many Aspects of Health: The Overlooked Side of Veganism

While several studies have shown that a vegan diet (VD) decreases the risk of cardiometabolic diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes mellitus, obesity, and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, veganism has been associated with adverse health outcomes, namely, nervous, skeletal, and immune system impairments, hematological disorders, as well as mental health problems due to the potential for micro and macronutrient deficits.

Humans evolved to eat both plants and animals.

The Impact of a Vegan Diet on Many Aspects of Health: The Overlooked Side of Veganism - PMC

Vegetarianism in any of its various forms, particularly veganism, has been increasing in popularity over the past few years, especially among the young population in the United States. While several studies have shown that a vegan diet (VD) ...

Complete nonsense. You can’t get all the nutrients you need to thrive without meat (unless you supplement). We are omnivores and opportunists.
