Just posting here for traffic. Also posted in Education.

I'll be bumping this thread regularly throughout the new school year, as necessary.

Attention all parents with school age children:

As the new RSHE Statutory Guidance 2026 comes into force, here's an organization to watch out for in your child's school.

DIVERSITY ROLE MODELS

........………………
Background

Stonewall announced a new partnership with Diversity Role Models on 2 June, 2026.

"Simon Blake OBE, Chief Executive of Stonewall, served as Chair of Diversity Role Models over a decade ago, during the organisation’s early years, and has remained closely connected to its work ever since. [my bold]

A great summary from @MrsOvertonsWindow · 26/03/2024 14:50
Safe Schools Alliance & Transgender Trend have exposed how unsuitable these adult activists are to work with children in schools.

The SSA information highlights how DRM's online presence renders them unsuitable to be working with children & clarifies how this breaches DfE guidelines. They openly promote mixed sex changing, showers etc and got into hot water during lockdown for promoting the dodgy "‘love has no age’ and ‘love has no age limit’" paedophile associated slogans in an Asda funded home learning pack.

They make a good living out of children in schools but are unfortunately are a queer theory activist group so not politically impartial

Lots of information in the links to use in asking the school why they are outsourcing their inclusion work to an adult group like this.

Diversity Role Models were shown to be very clearly " inappropriate" - putting it mildly, and those threads from 2020 and 2024 demonstrate just how bad they were.

Here's a link to Diversity Role Models' Safeguarding Policy, dated approved 31 October 2025, due to be reviewed in October 2026:

I have downloaded it in case it disappears.

They are also partnered with Sex Education Forum, and Anti-Bullying Alliance, as well as Stonewall, according to their website.

The more that parents are informed about these dangerous groups the better they can protect their children from them and the activists who promote them.

For parents in Scotland its Lgbt Youth Scotland that you need to watch out for

Doesn't bother me. So try not to worry about that.

Entirely possible, but it's a risk worth taking, I think, if it means reaching more parents. Not everyone reads Education, and even fewer of those on AIBU read FWR, I would guess.

This is important information for parents with school age children. If readers don't care or if it's not applicable, they don't have to read it.

It'll get buried in AIBU in half an hour anyway!

Can someone point out exactly what the risk is here?

Diversity Role Models has an extremely dodgy past and seems to have no understanding at all of child safeguarding. This is not an organization that most parents would be happy to have coming into their children's schools.

I suggest you read the 2020 and 2024 threads posted here if you really want to understand the background.

The original CEO of lgbt youth Scotland was convicted of raping a baby and being the ringleader of the worst pedophile group in the history of Scotland.
The group were never properly investigated has been accused of facilitating the sexual abuse of the children they were supposed to help and are being sued over it.
Former staff have whistleblown about the inappropriate behaviour of other staff.
They claim to only work with 13-25 year olds in mixed age groups that includes 13-25 year olds, but target primary schools aswell.
They have had convicted rapists writing their best policy trans guidance material.

I could go on for hours about the massive walking red flag that lgbt youth Scotland are without even getting to the dangerous gender identity ideology that they spread, every parent in Scotland should know about this group and those like them and keep them away from their children
