Want a baby.. or is it hormones?

I’m 35 and my partner is 42.
We have two children 15 & 10.

For some reason, I have been feeling horribly broody and really want another baby! šŸ™ˆ
Please tell me the pros & cons.
We could afford to do so, but would need the older two to potentially share a bedroom.
The only issue I have is that I have a history of recurrent miscarriages (12 in total) & when I last gave birth I lost a lot of blood & had to be rushed to theatres.

Am I absolutely crazy for even considering it? Or is it just that time in a woman’s life where hormones go crazy?

I've had 3 miscarriages now I have a toddler son. I do understand. You have had 12 miscarriages and you are now older the stark reality is you will just have more miscarriages. Honestly with your obstetric history you are very lucky you have 2 children

Yes I know, it was a miracle I managed to carry both of them to term! I have PCOS so it’s just one of those things.

I won’t have another baby will enjoy my two, I’m going to consider changing my job to work with older kids and take up cross stitching or gaming or maybe even parachuting who knows! Thanks all for talking sense into me.
