What do you do with it/have with it, how do you cook it?

I have some, some salad, wraps, hummus etc

To me it’s a tasteless squeaky thing. Yes you can add these flavours but why ? Just eat something else that tastes nice (and doesn’t squeak).

I cook it on a griddle pan I love it with tomatoes cuts through the saltiness well

Couscous, roast vegetables, griddled halloumi with a mint and yoghurt sauce.

What does soaking halloumi do to the texture? Doesn't it wash away the mint?

Ah yes, I also do grated carrots, grated halloumi, grated onion, a raw egg, breadcrumbs, crispy chili oil, seasoning and then I make carrot patties with it. It's delicious.

This sounds nice, I’m going to try it.
