have you checked that it actually is from Primark and its not a faked address. You can make emails look like they are coming from anywhere. I don't usually post AI but this is a very clear explanation.
Follow these steps to view the headers and find the source:
- View the Email Headers
The way to access the raw header depends on your email provider:
Gmail: Open the email, click the three dots next to the reply button, and select
Show original.
Outlook: Double-click the email to open it, go to
File > Properties, and view the
Internet Headers box.
Apple Mail: Open the email and select
View > Message > Raw Source (or All Headers).

- Identify the IP Address
Once the header text is open, look for the following:
Search for the
Received: lines. These record the servers the email passed through.
Look for an IP address near the tags X-Originating-IP or client-ip.
Note: Start from the bottom-most Received: line to follow the email's journey from the earliest recorded server to your inbox.

- Trace the IP or Server
Copy the IP address you found.
Paste it into a free lookup tool like
MxToolbox or
IP Location to find the approximate geographic location and internet service provider (ISP).
